Creating a place at the table for everyone

We believe that a key to running a good business is doing good for society. Kellanova Better Days™ Promise is our commitment to advancing sustainable and equitable access to food by actively addressing the intersection of wellbeing, hunger, sustainability and equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I).

These concerns are more important than ever. Our changing climate is impacting the health of people and reducing crop yields, leading to greater food insecurity. At the same time, many diverse and underserved communities are disproportionately impacted by climate change and now face increased barriers to health and access to nutritious foods. These same communities are most at risk for hunger as well as obesity.

For these reasons, one of the ways we are striving to achieve our Kellanova Better Days™ Promise to create better days for 4 billion people by the end of 2030 is by valuing ED&I in our own workforce.

Specifically, we aspire to:

Gender 50/50 parity at the management level globally by the end of 2025.

In the U.S., 25% People of Color at the management level by the end of 2025.

Shaping our business and culture

To live our vision, fulfill our purpose, and drive our success, we have eight Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) that help create an environment of inclusion and belonging, enabling our employees to bring their authentic, “whole selves” to work and achieve their full potential. Our BERGs bring an inclusive perspective to our company, our brands and each other, offering innovative ideas for change and helping us best connect with families and consumers around the world.
